Joy erupts in the boys’ hostels at the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus (UNEC), as the Nigeria Super Eagles qualifies for the finals in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nation (AFCON).

The match was tough as Nigeria played a draw against South Africa for full time in the semi finals in Ivory Coast, which resulted in a penalty kick out.

Fortunately for the Nigeria Super Eagles, they outplayed them in a penalty shootout with a score of 4:2.

After the shootout, the atmosphere of the UNEC boys’ hostels filled with euphoria as they rallied around the hostels with music playing in sound system.
